Caring Transitions made the clean out of a family home very easy. The online auction was a perfect way to sell the items the family was not able to keep. Overall, we were incredibly impressed and pleased. Everything that was thoroughly explained to us was completed as said. All items were removed from the home (whether donated, sold or dumped), communication was excellent, and Stacey and her staff were very understanding, professional, kind, compassionate and patient during this sad and difficult process. Something important to us in particular was making sure there wasn't a "spectacle" (ie, crowds of people) at the estate auction - and there wasn't. The auction was held online, and there was one day/time slot designated for sold item pick-up at my father's home.
