The two of you took on what was an overwhelming project at a difficult time for our family and did it all with style, grace, efficiency, speed, humor, and most of all, compassion.

With my mother recently deceased, we needed to move, remove, clean, sell, distribute, and move again 50 years worth of possessions, and my mother never threw anything away. You came in, offered much needed assurance, and got to work immediately. You deciphered which items were, or might be, important to us, some of which we didn’t even know ourselves my mother owned. You cleaned the house from top to bottom and even arranged to stop a plumbing leak in its tracks (after hours). You also went above and beyond in helping with things not directly related to the task at hand from taking the trash cans in and out to dealing with realtors, appraisers, oil tank removal, and anything else that was needed. You did all this much faster than I had anticipated was possible, and met every timeline we needed to sell the property on a fairly aggressive schedule.

Most of all, I want to thank you for your compassion and friendship throughout the process. You were upbeat and enthusiastic every time you showed up.

“My name is Tracy Brinker, and my husband and I were clients of Classic Estate Associates when
we downsized from our large family home to a smaller transitional residence. I had the pleasure
of working with Andrea Small and Stacey Gummey for that transition. Of all the companies we

Andrea and Stacey came into our home and during our very first meeting and demonstrated their
knowledge of how to coordinate the many moving parts of a downsizing transition. They
immediately catalogued our things and provided a plan and guidance for our move. My husband

Stacey to facilitate it all. When we got closer to our moving date, their white-glove service
included scheduling and managing our movers, the complete clean-out of our home to have it
ready for settlement, the setup and move into our new home which even included making our
bed so that it was ready for our late arrival home. The women worked with our interior designer
as well to coordinate all aspects so that we were not burdened with the “how to’s” of getting it
done, they simply got it all done.
