Compass Rose Estate Sales located in Barrington, IL with a location in Crystal Lake serving the North & Northwest Suburbs of Chicago, Lake and McHenry Counties providing estate/moving sales, liquidations and clean outs. Founded on the principles of INTEGRITY, ETHICS, PROFESSIONALISM AND EXCELLENCE!
So often the events leading up to a moving sale, estate sale or clean out are emotional and difficult. One of our primary goals is to remove the stress. If we are conducting a sale, we focus on selling every available item while maximizing the proceeds from the sale. If Compass Rose is providing a clean out service, the house will be left in broom swept condition, a cleared out house without any work. NO NEED TO LIFT A FINGER, EXCEPT TO CONTACT COMPASS ROSE. Estate sales provide an unique way to find a treasure and to be thrifty. They are a great way to recycle. After you experience the great deals at an estate sale, you won’t want to pay retail again. Doris Kling, the founder of Compass Rose Estate Sales has an extensive background in sales, trade show and customer service management, along with education in law and experience in real estate law. Doris is accustomed to organizing and supervising large events and staff. A friend suggest that she would be good at estate sales, so she went to work in the industry and found she had a real knack and passion for it.
