Mason and Main Estates is headquartered in Deep River, CT, a charming riverfront town near the mouth of the Connecticut River. Our team brings nearly 50 years of combined experience in buying and selling antiques and collectibles. We have built a stellar reputation for honesty and expertise while assisting clients in need of liquidating entire estates, collections, or single items.
For Estate sales large or small, we work on a commission basis. The commission is based on the estimated gross of the sale, time needed to prepare the sale, necessary staffing, and any other anticipated costs. The commission rate is established before the contract is signed and will only change if you change items to be sold. The commission is paid from the proceeds of the sale, and in most cases, no fees are required before that time.

I utilized Mason & Main services to assist in the process of liquidating our old mill property. The property's 45,000 sq' had been used for storage since the early 1970s and continued until my late husband's passing a few years ago. We tried everything from tag sales to inviting friends to pick through it with little to no success. Now that we are trying to sell the property, we needed it liquidated.
