Elizabeth did an awesome job with my estate sale. She sold most of my family items. She was very helpful in helping me make decisions regarding which pieces to keep that were sentimental. In some cases, it was a difficult decision, but she was always patient and available for guidance.

Lizanne toured the house, provided a contract that included her process, what we could expect from her services, and the charges. She honored every single promise she made. Items were either sold, donated or disposed. She held the estate sale exactly when she said she would. She provided photos throughout the entire process. She responded to our communications immediately. The house was left tidy and completely empty.

After is was all done, we promptly received a check for our portion of the sale along with charity donation slips.
