I interviewed so many people before choosing Betsy, and am so glad I found her. She was amazing from the beginning to the end. Many companies charged more and once you signed the contract, all intents in your home is theirs. I was told numerous ties I didn't have enough to warrant a sell , Boy were they wrong. I made over 3 times what I expected. Betsy was the only person willing to work with me on prices, allowing me to keep certain valuable items that did not sell. She looked up every questionable valuable item before pricing. If she couldn't find it she contacted people who were experts. She consulted with me every step of the way. I personally think her displaying of the home and the items for sale made the difference. There was no clutter. Items were set up to look like the customer was walking into a nice store.

OMG, I was so happy with this company and its owner, Betsy King. Betsy really puts her heart and soul into her business and working to satisfy her customers. I had a wonderful estate sale and she managed it very well. Betsy spent almost 2 full weeks preparing for the sale by pricing and staging everything. Betsy King was absolutely awesome! y mother had just passed away after 91 years as a Florida resident. I live in Maryland and was searching for someone to handle her estate. When I met Betsy, my first impression was I could trust her with the keys to the home and I knew she was going to be diligent in going through everything in the house. I was not present for the actual estate sale since I live out to the state. But Betsy took are of everything down to the last detail, even the parking situation. She sold more than half of everything in the house( and that was a lot) and surprisingly kept selling even after the estate sale was over though websites and friends in the business of resale. She also recommended a wonderful ministry that I could donate any unsold items to if I so desired. And I certainly did. This was such a blessing to find someone that cared about you as a person and also an excellent business women. I would highly recommend Betsy for your estate sale. You won't find anyone better!

Betsy was a super responsive to all of my presale questions, dealt fairly with all those who entered the sale when it opened and had researched her merchandise so as to be fair to her client and the customers who came. Highly recommend her company!

Betsey was totally awesome in helping me with an estate sale or my dad. She was extremely proactive with organizing the place and pricing the items, ordinating with the HOA and coordinating donation pickup for those items not sold. Before I get started with expressing my experience with "Your Home to Theirs Estate Sales" I would like to give my sincere apologies to Betsy as well as all of her colleagues Carol, Nadine, Donna, all of the parking attendants and "Teen Challenge Super Thrift" a non profit organization for not writing this review soon after they all made this difficult but successful estate sale happen. This process from beginning to end was a 14 day challenge for all involved and as tough as it was to let go of so many fond memories these women were fantastic helping me through every step right up until I passed the keys to the mew owner. There was numerous times that they would put items to the side that I had never seen and thought that I would like to keep for memories as well as I found that when Betsy gave you a date to get ANYTHING & EVERYTHING you might want to keep out of the house or at least in a private area, she darn sure meant it. The entire crew had their hands full and at the same time you could tell they enjoyed what they were doing and we all talked and got to know each other and that made the process a lot more enjoyable. Towards the end of digging out and pricing items, they did their good diligence to mark steps from tripping hazards as well as "Do Not Enter" signs, "Cameras in use"signs. This company was definitely on top of their game as well as her employees and the service to finish the cleaning out after the sale. I would and have recommended Betsy and her company to others as well as 3 different realtors I know and definitely would like to wish Betsy, Carol, Nadine and Donna the best in their future and thank you all for a very smooth and successful Estate sale.

Betsy had an estate sale for my family when it was the time of sadness in our lives. My mother’s house was sold and the closing date was a couple weeks away and we had one week to get everything sold. She worked so hard every day to make it happen. She was very professional. This was the first time I have ever had an estate sale but due to our parents passing and having a buyer for their home, we had to make a decision to pay for storage or sale as much as we could ASAP. I did some research and decided my best chose would be an Estate sale. I found Your Home To Theirs Estate Sales owner Betsy King. I couldn't of made a better decision. Betsy was dependable, professional and worked very hard on pricing and getting as much possible for the items we were selling. She worked long hours and always willing to do more. She did everything that she said she would do and much more. I would highly recommend her company to take care of your personal items that have meaning to you and your family. Betsy also had great people working for her. They all showed the highest standards of honesty and integrity.
