- You must agree to pick up your items on the day and within the time frame listed in the Description or by appointment. . NO EXCEPTIONS!
- We DO NOT Hold or transfer items.
- No Buyers Premium when purchased from the "The Shop"
- Sales Tax and a 5% Credit Card Fee will be applied to your Invoice,
- Buyers who fail to comply with the Terms and Conditions will be blocked from future sales and reported to other Estate Sales Companies in the area. Always take a moment to ask a question BEFORE purchasing.

Shop Description

IMPORTANT! PLEASE TAKE A MOMENT TO READ BELOW ON HOW "THE SHOP" WILL BE HANDLED.
Items are continuously added throughout the week till Friday. We do this while we are in production on our next sale.. You need to check daily for additional items added. At the end of the week, any items left in "The Shop" will be transferred to the published sale for the "Buy It Now" Option.

BE CAREFUL, be quick ~ someone can snatch it out of your cart if you keep it in your cart, so take a moment to check out the cart to get it out of the cart and to generate an Invoice. You can keep shopping & adding to the Invoice until the end of the sale!

Items in the cart can be removed with the remove key, however, once you checkout and create an Invoice, it cannot be removed. You do not have to pay your Invoice immediately, you can wait till the end of the sale or pay at pickup.

Items in "The Shop" will be available for pick up at our Covington Sale which is scheduled for January 18th from 8:30am - 4:00pm. Crestwood S/D behind Lowes.

Items up for sale are pre-owned used items that may have minor flaws, minor scratches, usage wear & tear and may need additional cleaning and or minor repair. If applicable, items have been tested prior to listing and all are in working condition unless notated in the item details. Please read the items detail description under each photo for more information about each piece and ask questions BEFORE purchasing..
