Registration: All participants must register before participating in the auction. Valid identification and contact information are required for registration.
Bidding: Bidding increments and methods will be specified for each item. The auctioneer's decision on winning bids is final.
Payment: All items must be paid for in full on the day of the auction. Accepted payment methods will be clearly outlined.
Buyer's Premium: A buyer's premium, a percentage of the final hammer price, may be added to each successful bid. The buyer's premium percentage will be disclosed.
Removal of Items: Buyers are responsible for the removal of items from the auction location on the scheduled pickup day. Failure to do so may result in additional charges for storage or disposal.
Ownership Transfer: Ownership of an item will transfer to the buyer upon full payment. The estate or auction company is not responsible for any damage or loss after this transfer.
Auction Items: All items are sold "as-is," and no warranties or guarantees are made regarding their condition.
Condition Reports: Any statements about an item's condition or provenance are provided as a service to the buyers and are opinions, not facts.
Reserves and Seller's Bidding: Some items may have reserve prices, and the auctioneer may bid on behalf of the seller up to that reserve amount if necessary.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes or discrepancies must be brought to the auctioneer's attention before the close of the auction. The auctioneer's decision is final.
Withdrawal of Items: The estate or auction company reserves the right to withdraw any item before or during the auction.
Bidder Responsibility: Bidders are responsible for all actions made with their bidder number. They are liable for all purchases under their number.
Liability: The estate and auction company are not responsible for accidents, injury, or damage occurring on the auction premises.
Terms Subject to Change: These terms and conditions are subject to change at the discretion of company.
