The rug needs to be cleaned, and some noticeable sunlight and age/use-related fading is apparent in some areas. Lot 015-MM: Vintage Rex “Stroll-O-Chair†Perambulator Features: • Likely dates from the 1960s • Patented and created by the Rex Baby Carriage Manufacturers, operating in New York City from 1949 to 1979. Manufactured in England in the early 1960's. Stroll-o-Chair was marketed by salesman door-to-door to expectant parents and was billed as the "Cadillac of baby furniture." It sold for $250 to $400, depending on additional pieces purchased, which was a huge sum of money for a young family expecting their first baby. Scoop Shovel Features: Vintage Pressed-Steel Scoop Shovel toy atop a pair of rubber treads • Manufactured by Structo Toys Dimensions: • Rear of Cab to Front of Treads: c. 9†• Width (measured between outside of treads): 7†• Extension arm fully extended is c. 21†long • Cab roof is 6 ¾†H Condition: Good Vintage mechanical and cosmetic condition. Some small visible dents on body; chain has moderate rust. Spots of corrosion/oxidation are evident on painted services. Both winches and cables are intact and operational. Lot 052-MT: Vintage Tonka Model #530 Camper Shell Pickup Features: Vintage pressed-steel Tonka pickup truck-based camper • Plastic windows • Sliding camper windows • Hard-rubber wheels • Likely dates from the 1960s Dimensions: c. 14 ¼†L x c. 5 ¾â€W x 8â€H Condition: C-5 (Fair condition). All windows in cab and camper are intact. There are some deep rust areas/spots and light grime on the hood and left front fender, and several rust areas on camper roof/sides and front bumper/trim. Decals are fully intact. Interestingly, the underside of the vehicle is remarkably clean and rust-free except for some spots on the rear axle. 23 / 28 -
Lot 053-MT: Vintage Tonka Allied Lines Moving Van Features: Vintage pressed-steel toy moving truck with rubber wheels and a detachable trailer. • Probably Model #38, made in the late 1950s Dimensions: 24â€L x 6â€W x 8 ¾â€H Condition: Good Vintage Condition (C-6). There is noticeable use-related wear and numerous scratches on the paint are visible. There’s minimal rust/oxidation. Decals are present and largely intact. The trailer is missing one leg (see photos); residue from a previous owner’s attempts to repair it remains. The cab is missing its windshield. 24 / 28 -
Lot 054-MT: Vintage Smitty Toys Mobil Gas Tanker Truck Features: Vintage pressed-steel Mobilgas tanker truck toy with rubber wheels • Likely dates from the 1950s • Made by Smith Miller Dimensions: 22 ½â€L x 6â€W x 5 ¼â€H Condition: Good Vintage Condition (C-6). There is noticeable use-related wear and numerous scratches on the paint are visible, especially on the cab. There’s minimal rust/oxidation. Decals are present and largely intact, though they have many scratches and wear marks. There is minimal corrosion/rust on the cab and trailer; the axles of both have some light oxidation. Lot 055-MT: Vintage Structo Fire Dept. Truck Features: Vintage pressed-steel toy fire truck with knobby, hard-rubber wheels. Dimensions: 12 ¼â€L x 5 3/4â€W x 5â€H (height to top of cab roof) Condition: Good (C-6) condition. Both ladders are missing. Worn paint is evident, especially on the cab’s roof. There is some rust on the hubcaps and grille. Decals are intact and minimally-worn. 26 / 28 -
Lot 056-MT: Vintage Lumar Contractors Mobil Crane Features: Large, 3-axle, vintage green pressed-steel construction toy Dimensions: 16â€L x 5 ¾â€W x 7 ¾â€H (height measured at outside roof of crane) Condition: Fair condition (C-5). Vehicle has been well-played with. Many visible spots and patches of rust/oxidation are present on painted surfaces and on all hubcaps. Side decals are well-worn; rear decal is intact but exhibits pronounced crazing. The crane arm is broken and the 2nd (interior) winch string is missing. The exterior winch is operational. 27 / 28
